The CrossLoop Marketplace - Bringing Your Customers

CrossLoop allows you to use the CrossLoop application for free with your customers but that dosn' mean you can't use our transaction system with them. This page explains why you may want to use the CrossLoop Transaction System with your own customers and how to do it for a reduced fee.

Why would I want to transact with my customers through CrossLoop?
The major reason you would choose to do this is because by bringing your customer for a very nominal fee (PayPal and CC charge 3-4%, CrossLoop only charges you 1-2%) you build your reputation on CrossLoop and hence attract more customers to yourself.  In addition here are some of many other benefits:

      1. We handle your billing and payment for all customers
      2. We provide historical tracking of customers
      3. We provide issue resolution for credit issues such as fraud
      4. We provide a way for customers to contact you
      5. We provide a way for your customers to see if you are immediately available
      6. We provide for payments in international currencies
      7. We provide global marketing and PR for you
      8. We provide focused and extended marketing for the top helpers
      9. We provide a open forum for you to communicate with other Helpers to build skills

How do I bring an existing customer to CrossLoop?
To bring an existing customer to CrossLoop, use the easy billing option simply click on "Yes" for the Chat Assisted Transaction window when you initiate the CrossLoop screen sharing application as shown below. As long as the customer did not previously discover the helper through CrossLoop, the Helper will receive the "Self-referred customer rate."

You can also initiate transactions by initiating "Chat Assisted Transactions" at any time during a session by clicking on the menu options and selecting "Chat Assisted Transactions."

If an attempt is made to do "Chat Assisted Transaction" with a customer running an older client, the Helper will see the following alert:

When you click this option at any point during a session this will also provide the Customer with a login message to start chat seen below.

Once they login, chat will start for the customer and when they type a message to the Helper it will open a chat for the Helper. The Helper and the Customer are now connected via chat for transactions and in the screen sharing tool.
