Becoming a “CrossLoop Certified Helper”
Trust plays an important role in CrossLoop’s business model. Customers feel more comfortable working with Helpers verified by CrossLoop. CrossLoop certification provides your background check through a third party to increase the customer's trust on you. When you complete this process, you can receive the “CrossLoop Certified” helper citation. This works to increase customer confidence and help promote your business. This certification provides the following benefits:

 - Profile Page Highlight - on your profile page we will provide the CrossLoop Certified seal.

- Search Results Badge - in search results you will have a new icon that shows you are certified.

- Improved Search Results Ranking - Those of you certified will receive a slight bump in overall rankings (still all the other rankings will apply).

The Certification process includes three steps:

  • Background check
  • Helper Training
  • Schedule Discussion
  • Background check

    The certification process involves a background check of the Helper. This check searches nationwide databases and is intended to certify the absence of any criminal convictions beyond minor traffic violations and some misdemeanors. The background check only costs $25 to cover the database search and provides all the above benefits. It is very easy to register for the background check. Simply click on "Buy Now" and once payment is complete the system will direct you to the registration process.

    NOTE: It is very important that once payment is complete you click on the "Return to CrossLoop Inc" button within the payment page and the system will direct you to the background verification introduction page with instructions on how to provide your information and get certified.

    This portal can currently verify Helpers from the United States only. If you are currently out of the United States, please go to the following form: http://crossloop.wufoo.com/forms/nonus-background-check/ and provide the requisite information. Also, if you know of any local company that provides background checks, please provide a link to their website or email address.

    Helper Training

    In addition to the background check CrossLoop wants to make sure that you understand the basics of our model and customer service. You need to be fully aware of how CrossLoop works, its policies, etc., in order to assist customers. This helps to ensure consistent quality of service to customers. CrossLoop has identified the following selective topics which you need to know. These topics essentially include remote desktop etiquette, the transaction system, billing, chat process flow, etc. You should be conversant with the topics in the below links.

    To complete the training, you need to take a short online quiz on the above topics. After going through the above links, please visit http://crossloop.wufoo.com/forms/request-foundation-certification-quiz/ and request the link for the quiz. You will receive it as soon as you submit the form. The purpose of the quiz is to make sure that you are knowledgeable of those important aspects which could boost up both the quality of service you provide and your income!
